Instructors are well-versed in continuous improvement efforts surrounding police training tactics. Furthermore, our instructional experts are certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).

GUS GUTIERREZ, Co-Founder

Gus Gutierrez is a distinguished law enforcement professional with over 25 years of applied expertise in handling large crowd control demonstrations, dignitary protection services, active shooter-mass emergency response tactics/concepts, threat assessment, and de-escalation strategies. Gus has collaborated with a multitude of public safety entities and local, state, and federal agencies in organizing large-scale operations and training exercises.  He has worked in a supervisory position for one of the largest law enforcement agencies in Southern California. Gus has held numerous leadership roles and has been assigned as a subject matter expert to lead one of the largest specialized tactical units, where he has led a multitude of tactical training for thousands of police personnel.

ROBERT QUIROZ, Co-Founder

Robert Quiroz has over 25 years of law enforcement experience in one of the largest police organizations in the country. As a law enforcement supervisor, Robert has been responsible for the oversight, development, and implementation of critical training within his organization. He has led in-service training for a variety of critical concepts including crowd control strategies, less lethal deployment protocols, active shooter response tactics, and de-escalation techniques. He has been responsible for developing a curriculum and implementing a variety of courses on various tactical concepts. Robert has trained thousands of police personnel throughout the country, from the ranks of police officers to command staff. Robert is deemed a subject matter expert in various tactical concepts and has testified in multiple civil litigation cases.
